About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at My1Login. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in developing and qualifying prospects, resulting in high-quality lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand market reach through strategic research and outreach efforts.
  • Identify potential customers and generate interest through a research-based approach, utilizing cold discovery calls and strategic communication.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Discover and understand customer needs and business problems to effectively secure follow-up meetings with the sales team.
  • React to objections and competitor questions to overcome sales barriers and secure new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Manager and Marketing team to drive continuous improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation.
  • Consistently achieve and overachieve set targets, demonstrating a strong work ethic and dedication to success.
  • Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity using Salesforce.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior executives and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence, with the ability to build rapport with prospects and customers.
  • Naturally curious with strong persuasion abilities, with a proven track record of success in sales or business development.

  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training, with a basic understanding of enterprise IT environments.
  • Track record in sales or business development, with a strong understanding of sales tools and CRM software.
