About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at PIE Recruitment. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling in a variety of customer sizes and familiarity with the platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting for brand new relationships, turning prospects into customers and promoters
  • Working to annual and quarterly revenue targets, growth is key and you'll be rewarded for this
  • Working closely with customer success and campaign teams to execute plans with excellence in mind
About You

We are looking for a consultative seller with a mature approach to building long-standing relationships. You will need to be personable and confident, with a hunger to succeed. You'll also need to be able to live anywhere in the UK, but you'll need to get to London 2 or 3 times a month at your own cost.

  • Circa £50k base, realistic OTE first year of £75k more in year 2 and three
