Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Network Talent is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing a set of existing independent pharmacy accounts, increasing distribution of brands, and upselling products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a set of existing independent pharmacy accounts, increasing distribution of brands and upselling products.
  • Create and execute an efficient journey plan, maximizing KPI efforts.
  • Complete all administrative tasks and CRM management as required, recording all field-based activity and client touch points.
  • Maintain strong communication with both internal and external teams.
  • Identify areas of potential new business within territory.
Requirements:
  • 12 months + Field Sales/Territory Management experience.
  • Previous merchandising experience is ideal.
  • Food and Beverage candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience working with independent retailers is a plus.
  • A link to pharmacy is a plus.
