Key Responsibilities:
As our Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Managing Director (MD) and ensuring the seamless operation of our agency.
- Manage the MD's calendar, correspondence, and overall office functions.
- Oversee the MD's LinkedIn and Sales Navigator accounts, ensuring confidentiality and assisting with the transition to new project management tools.
- Coordinate project management tasks, including planning and executing events, managing budgets, and producing monthly newsletters.
- Handle client communications, prepare marketing proposals, and ensure alignment on projects.
- Maintain monthly planning, track staff leave records, and organize team-building activities to foster collaboration.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar position, preferably within a marketing agency, with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Keynote.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Teams, and HubSpot.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive, engaging attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
