About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Business Development Manager to join our team at Taylor Higson, a leading provider of office printing solutions. As a Channel Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to sell office printing equipment and associated software into channel partners.
  • Build and convert partner prospects, staying up-to-date with new products and developments in the industry.
  • Work with partners to organize open days, demos, and reference visits for capital equipment prospects.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in the printing device/office products, POD, and/or related software industry, including knowledge of customer drivers and competitor offerings.
  • Proven track record of developing business relationships and driving business growth with channel partners, dealers, and distributors.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, coupled with strong negotiation skills, including experience of negotiating at board level and identifying large business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude and tenacity.
  • Ability to develop business contacts and relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative team player with strong administration, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
