About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced medical device salesperson to develop a specialist business unit within an existing company structure. As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of highly innovative ENT surgery equipment and consumables, including a laryngeal implant, dilation balloon, and specialist haemostasis products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth across the UK
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and other stakeholders in the ENT surgery market
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
- Lead and manage a team of salespeople and clinical training specialists to continue driving growth and developing this business channel
Requirements:
- Well-established and successful medical devices salesperson
- Excellent new business skills and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ideal experience in ENT surgery and/or medical imaging
The Package:
- Bonus: £30,000 OTE + uncapped commission
- Car: Fully expensed company car or car allowance of £650 / month
- Benefits: Pension, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday + stats, health insurance, death in service
