About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence as an Assistant Brand Manager. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will play a critical role in attracting and recruiting top talent for Pernod Ricard España SA.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Early Careers Programmes Management
  • Lead the development and implementation of our industrial placement programme, targeting ~35 talents each year.
  • Manage our targeted Commercial Graduate Programme, with a focus on hiring ~8 top performers annually.
  • Review and optimize our apprenticeship programmes to ensure a strong, diverse early talent pipeline.
Employer Brand Management
  • Support the development and execution of proactive talent acquisition strategies.
  • Design and measure the effectiveness of employer brand campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Implement a programme of 'always on' employer brand communication to showcase our company culture and values.
Strategic HR Projects
  • Conduct a thorough review of our current Early Careers programmes and propose innovative recruitment approaches to enhance our employer brand.
  • Own the redesign of our end-to-end employee onboarding programme to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for new hires.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate a proven track record of managing early careers programmes and employer branding initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in apprenticeship programmes and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Identify and deliver innovative solutions in employer branding and talent attraction.
  • Passionate about talent acquisition, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
