Contact Centre – Client Support Representative - 12 month Secondment

This is a full-time position with shifts scheduled between 7am-5pm, including working every third weekend.

As a Client Support Representative , you will deliver outstanding service to both external and internal clients, serving as the primary contact for order assistance via phone and email.

Upon successful completion of your probationary period, there may be an opportunity for this role to transition to a hybrid model.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process all orders and collections while addressing customer inquiries in a timely manner. Meet established performance metrics in line with Brakes' standards, ensuring calls are answered promptly. Enhance and maintain departmental structures to understand the impact of customer service across the organization. Build and nurture customer relationships through effective communication, problem resolution, and fulfilling commitments. Acquire in-depth knowledge of assigned customers' businesses, expectations, and needs. Serve as the initial point of contact for customer issues, thoroughly investigate concerns, and engage relevant parties to achieve swift resolutions. Take responsibility for customer inquiries, ensuring timely updates in systems and coordinating with other departments as necessary. Process all customer feedback and complaints in accordance with Brakes' procedures and specific customer requirements. Maintain effective communication with customers, scheduling follow-up calls as needed and managing the customer mailbox efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operational processes.

Essential Attributes:

Experience in an office or customer service environment is essential. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. High attention to detail. Confident in problem-solving and decision-making. Self-driven with a commitment to surpassing established standards. Proficient in computer usage.
