Commercial Administrator

Our client, a leading flooring company, is seeking a skilled Commercial Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the commercial and project delivery teams, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the sales and project teams to deliver exceptional client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Work closely with the estimating department to prepare accurate and timely quotations for clients.
  • Coordinate with various teams to gather necessary information for comprehensive and competitive proposals.
  • Communicate any discrepancies or necessary clarifications to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to project delivery teams, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Coordinate the allocation of works to project teams, considering resource availability and project timelines.
  • Manage the booking of accommodation for project personnel, ensuring logistics are well-organised and cost-effective.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
Position Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with an ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
