About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at ARC Group. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Conduct thorough searches and screenings to identify top-tier candidates for client job requirements.
  • Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and drive business growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Interview Coordination and Candidate Support: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, and provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Industry Knowledge and Market Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients and candidates.
  • Business Development and Target Achievement: Actively seek new clients to partner with through face-to-face meetings, sales calls, and networking events, and meet individual and team targets.
  • Payroll and Compliance Management: Process and manage payroll and compliance for clients.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
  • Recruitment Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing and assessment techniques.
  • Technology Familiarity: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment software.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Organisation and Time Management: Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Professionalism: High level of professionalism and integrity.
