About the Role

Mana Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to oversee a team of Field Sales Executives in the Southeast of the country. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving business growth, and developing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Field Sales Executives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Conduct quarterly one-on-one reviews with team members to discuss performance, provide feedback, and set goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading a team of sales professionals in a business-to-business environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive growth and improvement.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a proven track record of winning new business and retaining customers.
