Commercial Team Manager

Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced business development professional to lead our commercial team. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading a team from the front to shape and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders
  • Deliver exceptional client services and drive business growth through innovative marketing initiatives
  • Build, lead, and manage a team of professional service executives to achieve business objectives
  • Lead office business development and marketing initiatives, collaborating with other teams and departments
  • Ensure effective lead sourcing and development, and lead from the front to set examples
  • Work with Marketing to plan effective campaigns to attract new business opportunities
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in various commercial business development roles, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience in leading a BD team from example, with a strong understanding of business development principles
  • Dynamic and naturally innovative personality, with excellent commercial awareness and marketing acumen
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client services, with high levels of communication and collaboration
  • Ability to create and maintain a motivated sales office and a 'buzz' environment
