**About the Role**
Our client, a renowned adult non-fiction publisher, is seeking a highly skilled Editorial Director to join their team on a 3-6 month fixed term contract. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for presenting ideas for future front list and delivering on projects in the publishing schedule.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Publicity Director and Sales Director to drive business growth and success
- Develop and implement editorial strategies to enhance the company's publishing schedule
- Work closely with authors and contributors to ensure high-quality content
- Contribute to the development of the company's catalogue
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive business objectives
