Editorial Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Editorial Director to join our team at Content With Purpose. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the editorial strategy and vision behind our award-winning digital content.
Key Responsibilities- Editorial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive editorial strategy that aligns with our company's purpose and goals.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and informative content that resonates with our target audience.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of content creators, editors, and producers to ensure the successful delivery of content projects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our production team, content marketing team, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless content creation and distribution.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all content meets high editorial standards and adheres to best practices for digital content creation.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate content performance, identify areas for improvement, and apply learnings to future projects.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in editorial, video, and film production, or a related field, preferably in B2B industries.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, creative and strategic thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen sense of market trends.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as journalism, communications, or English.
- Competitive Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
- Annual Bonus: 10% of basic salary.
