Role Overview: As a pivotal member of our Development Team, you will play a critical role in shaping the statistical strategy and fostering innovation at an advanced expert level. Your contributions will directly influence cross-functional collaboration and decision-making across various programs and therapeutic areas within clinical development and medical affairs.

Position Responsibilities

In this capacity, you will:

  • Drive and influence statistical strategy, ensuring expert-level contributions to design, analysis, interpretation, and reporting for key clinical studies.
  • Lead and integrate insights from diverse quantitative scientists, impacting clinical development and health authority interactions.
  • Represent the Biostatistics function at internal and external decision-making boards, providing strategic and operational leadership.
  • Mentor and develop junior statisticians, fostering a culture of growth and innovation within the team.
  • Oversee project-level activities, ensuring efficient resource management and collaboration with external partners.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Statistics or equivalent with over 12 years of relevant experience, or a PhD with at least 8 years of experience.
  • Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex statistical concepts to varied audiences.
  • Proven ability to influence decisions that significantly impact project outcomes and departmental objectives.
  • Expertise in advanced statistical methodologies, including exposure-response modeling and innovative design approaches.
