Customer Relations Management Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Relations Management Administrator to join our team at MMK Nutri-Health Ltd. in Kingston Upon Thames. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, assisting with administrative duties, and contributing to our company's expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Make daily outbound calls to new and existing customers to build relationships and drive sales.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and management to ensure seamless communication.
  • Coordinate service calls and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Meet weekly targets and goals by achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Handle sensitive customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Stay up-to-date with CRM software and database management to optimize our sales processes.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve our company's objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.
