Based in Kingston Upon Thames we are one of the top 20 Sales Dealerships in the UK for an American corporation distributing a unique kitchen product. We now need a Customer Relations Management Administrator to help continue our expansion plans for 2024 and beyond.


Role Description


You have a Customer Relations and Admin background and should feel comfortable dealing with enthusiastic salespeople and customer queries on a daily basis. You must be PC literate, numerate and ‘detail’ minded. A pleasant telephone manner is essential, as well as the ability to work independently without direct supervision.

This is a part-time position every Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays each week with the option for full-time employment but flexibility is key and will only suit someone who likes to ‘get the job done’.


We are seeking the right person with a tremendous amount of energy and passion to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with customers and assisting with administrative duties. This is an exciting, challenging opportunity for a person who wants to be part of a team that helps shape our clients' future.


Qualifications


  • Answer questions and inquiries.
  • Daily outbound calls to new and existing customers
  • Act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and management.
  • Coordinate service calls.
  • Regular documentation on CRM for reporting and update purposes.
  • Achieving weekly targets and goals of the company.
  • Handle sensitive customer issues.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and database management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Experience in customer service or a related field
