**The role**
As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. We are looking for a highly organised administrator who can create a positive customer experience when booking in vehicles for service or maintenance.
- Liaising with planning function where assets are not going to be ready by expected completion date
- Liaising with workshops to confirm assets ready to go into repair
- Driving vehicles from customer service area to holding area ready to go into workshops
- Adhere to prescribed health and safety procedures
- Report any faults found vehicles
**Essential experience of the Customer Service Administrator**:
- Previous administration experience
- Complaint handling experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- IT literacy and a working knowledge of relevant software, such as Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence
This is a full time role based on site at Leconfield, East Riding of Yorkshire.
