**PART TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Hours: 28-30 hours per week - negotiable**
**Hourly Wage: Between £12.00-£15.00 based on experience**
At C & N Door Services Ltd, we are looking to recruit a part time Office Administrator. We are an independent, local business providing installation, maintenance and 24 hour call out service for the door industry in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.
Being a small business, our entire team is made up of just 7 people so the successful applicant must be able to work within a small team. You will also be expected to work independently in the office so must be self-motivated and have strong initiative. The job is quite dynamic as your role will involve marketing, service accounts and administration tasks; requiring a versatile and open-minded individual. You will be the first point of contact in the office so must therefore be friendly and approachable.
**Typical job roles will include**:
- Assist and work alongside company directors
- Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls
- Marketing
- Updating and monitoring social media
- Inputting data in excel spreadsheets and filing documents
- Organising servicing visits
- Managing and organising service contracts on a pre populated database
- Completing service reports and service certificates
**Other duties may include**:
- Locking up the building
- Managing and chasing customer accounts
- Risk assessments and methods statements
- Assisting with preparation for payroll and accounts payable
- Health and Safety and PPE
**Our Requirements**:
- GCSE level Maths and English
- Some customer service experience
- Professional telephone manner
- Good writing and typing skills
Please note in house training will be given.
