Office Administrator

Due to growth and development our Hull based client are seeking a Business Administrator. You will be joining their dedicated, hardworking and friendly office team to take on a wide variety of administrative tasks. You will work with their Office Manager and will be an adaptable and organised person with the ability to work well under pressure and have the ability to prioritise your work load.
This role will be very varied day-to-day but you will have regular weekly responsibilities. Working with all staff members, completing administrative tasks, and be solely responsible for the below:
- Reactive Maintenance desk
- coordinating call out requests on CRM. Liaising with internal staff members including engineers, clients, subcontractors. send completed worksheets.
- Creation of quote and contract numbers on the CRM system - as well as creating job packs, typing quotation letters, obtaining quotations, liaising with subcontractors and specialists.
- Completion of new account forms and pre-qualification questionnaires.
- Answering the telephone.
- Taking and organising deliveries.
- Ordering and managing office stock - including stationary, kitchen and bathroom supplies.
- Placing orders for materials and plant.
- Assisting with credit control.
- Assisting with new starter forms and payroll
**Essential Requirements**:
- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent IT skills - Outlook, Microsoft Office, CRM systems.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Good communication and organisation skills.
**Desired Requirements**:
- Good problem solver.
- Full clean driving license.
**Further information on the role**:
- Hours of work will be Monday - Thursday 7.30-4, Friday 7.30 - 3pm, with one hour for lunch.
