What you'll be doing:

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Collaborating with the CS Team and Commercial department to explore alternative product options.
Managing the workflow of orders, ensuring smooth delivery to the warehouse.
Monitoring and achieving daily order processing targets.
Providing order confirmations to customers promptly.
Assisting the CS team with any additional duties as required.What you'll bring:

Proficiency in English language and strong mathematical skills.
Excellent IT skills, including experience with order processing systems.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
