Finance & Sales Admin

**Job Purpose: To be a key team member of the Finance Team, working alongside various internal teams to deliver a high level of service to our customers.**
**Key Accountabilities**
- We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable sales administrator to manage our purchase orders and invoices. In this role, you will verify customer information, issue invoices, relay order instructions, and complete monthly sales reports.
**Key Deliverables**:
- Build strong relationships with customers and be the internal point of contact.
- Receive and process customer purchase orders.
- Build a strong rapport with procurement team so that information’s flow directly from customer requirements through to stock purchases
- Issue sales invoices to the customer directly, ensuring the sales team, delivery teams, and credit control are kept informed.
- Support the internal sales teams with queries from customers.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Resolve ‘day to day’ activities and escalate in accordance with Company guidelines.
- To cover for team colleagues in for periods of absence and or holiday cover.

**Qualifications**:
- NVQ level 2 /3 in customer service ( Desirable )
**Experience**:
- 3 years ( Essential )
**Key Skills: ( Essential )**
- Desirable experience of RFID technology / Smart Cards
- Print or manufacturing industry a distinct advantage
- Excellent organizational, planning and administration skills with an eye for detail
- Comfortable working within a high-pressure time critical environment
- The ability to assess and identify individual client’s needs.
- Can demonstrate a ‘can do, will do attitude’
- Good team player with high interpersonal skills who communicates well at all levels
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £14,560.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
