Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our team. The Admin Officer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective support to all departments. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.

**Duties**:

- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, using excel spreadsheets and in-house programmes
- Liaise with workshop manager regarding job schedules and materials
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Process sales orders and delivery notes
- Assist in job costing
- Order materials and prioritise their importance
- Liaise with Bookkeeper - Time Sheets, Purchase Invoices, Information for invoicing purposes etc.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
