**Office Administrator For Accounts Department**
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to work alongside our finance manager, The individual will also undertake general office duties in our administration office.
**Responsibilities**
- Bookkeeping, using company accounts package (Quickbooks)
- Data Entry, using company bespoke software (Training Provided)
- Organise / File and manage paperflow and your personal time between depts.
- Create and maintain filing and other general office procedures
- General day to day admin duties, both computer and paper based operations
- Knowledge and/or experience of accounts programs
- Be IT literate
- Be a strong communicator, in person and by telephone
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Work well as part of a small team
- Have good problem solving skills
- Have good initiative and positive 'can-do attitude'
- Be driven to get the job done
The job is been advertised as a 40 hours per week position, however the firm is open from 7am - 5pm daily (Monday - Friday) so the opportunity to work 50 hours maybe available.

Having been established in 1992 we service many local businesses with their sign and print requirements, Following a major extension and office refurbishment in recent years we are now able to offer this exiting new role within the business. **Salary**: £22,880.00-£28,600.00 per year
