You will be assisting the senior care team and managers with day-to-day administration support within our office on days required during the 5 day working week.

**Administration Role**:
Principal responsibilities
- These are some of the main duties expected. Other duties may be added to the list._
- Answering the telephone in a timely and professional manner, transferring calls to relevant member of staff, or taking comprehensive messages and passing onto staff member.
- Ensuring that records are saved to the database in line with procedures.
- Ensuring that data records are input accurately and kept up to date.
- Scanning, photocopying, and filing documents.
- Assisting in collecting/sorting data related to recruitment.
- Creating, editing, and updating spreadsheets
- Monitoring office supplies & PPE. (Including refreshments)
- Sorting, and distributing office mail.
- Conducting research and compiling data upon request
- Create new client folder packs ensuring all documents are completed.
- Take notes and book appointments and deadlines within outlook and on office whiteboards.
- Carrying out admin tasks from the directors & Registered Manager
