We have a brilliant new role at CleanPak as a Sales Admin Apprentice. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and have great time management skills.

You will be providing administrative support and dealing with logistics when necessary as well as communicating with key stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administrative support (ISO, H&S, General Admin duties)
- Arranging meetings and taking minutes
- Data Input (TEGS bespoke database system, raising and printing documents, inputting data)
- Logistics (arranging and booking transport with our internal and external transport supplier)
- Booking travel and accommodation when needed
- Update company social media
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and update them accordingly
- Sales Invoicing (via SAGE)

**What we’re looking for**:

- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Highly organised
- Team player
- Operates effectively independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: From £5.28 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
