**Purpose of Statement**:
Reporting to the Commercial & Construction Director, the Office Administrator will take ownership of the daily administrative tasks associated with Estimating operations. The Office Administrator will have a strong attention to detail, be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative, while ensuring ensure that scheduled tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing enquiries received, passing onto other departments if required.
- Completing pre-qualification and supply chain documentation.
- Chasing outstanding quotations.
- Maintaining the Estimating workload tracker.
- Producing reports and sharing with relevant parties.
- Handling of any post for the Estimating department.
- Data entry into the project database.
- Sending contracts to Main Contractors via courier.
- Assisting the Estimating team with general administrative duties as requested.
- Any other reasonable duties, as and when requested.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Competency in the full MS Office suite is essential.
- Experience with Salesforce would be advantageous.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Ability to multitask, organise and prioritise workloads, ensuring strict deadlines are met.
- Comfortable and confident in handling a wide range of data (including sensitive information).
