Job Title: Customer Relationship Management Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Relationship Management Administrator to join our team at MMK Nutri-Health Ltd. in Kingston Upon Thames. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Make daily outbound calls to new and existing customers to promote our products and services.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and management to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns.
  • Coordinate service calls and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
  • Regularly update our CRM system with customer interactions and sales data for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Achieve weekly sales targets and goals by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products and services.
  • Handle sensitive customer issues with discretion and professionalism.
  • Stay up-to-date with CRM software and database management to ensure efficient and effective customer interactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
