About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team at Reveal Media. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management and oversight of all aspects of our contract processes, obligations, and implementation on both customer and supplier sides.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Review and Analysis: Review customer and/or supplier contract terms and conditions to balance risk with our commercial objectives.
  • Contract Tracking and Approval: Track the approval process during contract discussions.
  • Tender Preparation and Review: Work on the preparation and review of tenders.
  • Contract Drafting and Review: Draft and review terms for standard forms such as NDAs, MOUs, partnership agreements, and so on.
  • Subcontractor and Vendor Management: Manage or help to manage subcontractor and vendor relationships.
  • Contract Reviews: Carry out contract reviews of existing contracts.
  • Commercial Process Management: Deliver and maintain effective commercial methods, processes, and operational procedures to ensure contracts are managed in line with internal and external compliance standards, including ISO, GDPR, and other applicable laws.
  • Contract Documentation: Ensure legal documents are correctly prepared and move smoothly and quickly from drafting/receipt, through collaboration and negotiation, to signature.
  • Contract Monitoring: Monitor the implementation and performance of signed contracts.
  • Contract Storage: Ensure signed contracts, contract amendments, and other contractual and legal documents are stored securely in One Drive.
  • Research and Ad-Hoc Requests: Conduct research on matters as required and manage ad-hoc contractual requests from the business.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in processes/systems within the legal department.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience of working in a hands-on paralegal, contract management, legal, commercial, or procurement role.
  • Skills: Familiarity with online research tools.

Desirable Qualifications

  • ILEX
  • Experience with Overseas Customers or Suppliers
  • NALP Paralegal Practice Award, Certificate, or Diploma
  • Postgraduate Paralegal Diploma
  • Award in Legal Studies
  • Legal Secretary Certificate or Diploma
  • Knowledge or Experience of Working with Both Private and Public Sector Organisations
