About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Heal's, responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will demonstrate exceptional product knowledge, build quality customer relationships, and deliver the highest levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a complete shopping experience for customers, showcasing Heal's products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Knowledge of home products is desirable, but not essential.
- Passion for design and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Confidence and a proactive approach to sales and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
