Assistant Store Manager - Lead Customer Experience

At Rituals, we're looking for a talented Assistant Store Manager to lead our customer experience team. As a key member of our store operations team, you'll be responsible for motivating your team and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of customer experience specialists to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies to drive sales and customer loyalty
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
  • Coach and develop team members to improve their customer service skills
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or hospitality
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team to achieve business objectives
  • Strong communication and coaching skills to develop and motivate team members
  • Ability to analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
