About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Relationship Management Administrator to join our team at MMK Nutri-Health Ltd. in Kingston Upon Thames. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Make daily outbound calls to new and existing customers to promote our products and services.
- Act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and management to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns.
- Coordinate service calls and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
- Regularly update our CRM system with customer interactions and sales data for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Achieve weekly sales targets and goals by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products and services.
