At Nuffield Health, we're looking for a Safety and Customer Care Specialist to join our team at our Kingston club. As a Lifeguard, you'll hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and be able to provide ongoing training records. You'll be passionate about great customer care and have a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

  • Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet facilities.
  • Create a friendly, relaxed, and professional environment.
  • Provide a warm welcome and efficient service to all members.
  • Be attentive and alert at all times.
  • Connect with members, helping them to feel valued and supported.
