As a Safety and Customer Care Specialist at Nuffield Health Kingston FWC, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing training records and maintain a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
- Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet facilities
- Create a friendly, relaxed, and professional environment
- Ensure a warm welcome and efficient service for all arrivals
- Be attentive and alert at all times
- Connect with members, helping them to feel valued and supported
- Respond to any incidents straight away
