About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team at Mercury Hampton Careers as a CRM Sales and Marketing Admin Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in sales support, marketing assistance, and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other company software to perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, report generation, and document management.
- Cleanse and maintain CRM data to ensure accuracy and efficiency, and assist in data analysis to inform business decisions.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials, using Canva and other design tools.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email and social media campaigns, in conjunction with the Marketing Manager.
- Organize and maintain data within our CRM systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements:
- Administrative experience, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other company software.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis.
