Role OverviewLocated at our Newton-Le-Willows office, the Scheduling team is pivotal in ensuring we meet our contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs), enabling us to exceed client expectations and foster essential relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the scheduling and Customer Response Team (CRT) by overseeing and updating all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks within third-party Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems.
- Transferring data, estimated times of arrival (ETAs), and documentation from our CAFM system into Elogbooks.
- Supporting ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the scheduling or CRT teams.
In collaboration with the Helpdesk Manager, you will:
- Enhance operational efficiency by analyzing current processes to implement continuous improvements in data quality and adherence to PPM labor delivery.
- Develop system functionalities, including subcontractor applications, operational dashboards, reporting, energy capture, IoT, and smart meters.
- Schedule all PPM labor within the CAFM system according to budgetary constraints, in alignment with PPM planners provided by Contract Managers for new, renewed, and canceled contracts.
- Coordinate with specialized subcontractors to ensure timely completion of PPM tasks and ensure all documentation is uploaded into our systems within a 14-day timeframe.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proficiency in IT and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
- A solid understanding of CAFM and helpdesk operations.
- Strong administrative capabilities and a collaborative spirit.
We offer a competitive starting salary ranging from £26,000 to £28,000 with annual pay reviews.
