We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a CRM Sales and Marketing Admin Apprentice at Mercury Hampton Careers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing sales support, marketing assistance, and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as needed.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other company software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and data.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies, including creating marketing materials and supporting email campaigns.
  • Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing initiatives, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create engaging marketing content and campaigns.
  • Organize and maintain data within our CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Administrative experience, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other company software.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.
