About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team as a CRM Sales and Marketing Admin Apprentice, where you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including data entry, email management, and document preparation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including social media and email marketing.
  • Contribute to the analysis and reporting of sales and marketing data, including metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
