We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at SJC Partners. As a key member of our property department, you will play a vital role in supporting our solicitors with their caseloads and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
- Assist solicitors with all aspects of their caseloads, from inception to completion
- Service existing clients to an exceptional standard, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met
- Perform administrative tasks and duties as required, including opening and closing files
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a Conveyancing role, with a strong understanding of Sale and Purchase transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to workload and deadlines
