NewtonleWillows, St. Helens, United Kingdom Linaker Ltd Full time £26,000 - £28,000
WELCOME TO LINAKER
For over three decades, Linaker has excelled in crafting and sustaining customized business environments.

Having transformed workspaces for a diverse array of organizations nationwide, Linaker's legacy is rooted in our capacity to design and manage distinctive spaces that genuinely function.

Linaker is built on three fundamental principles:
trust, dependability, and compassion.

We are more than just a service provider; we are a vital component of our clients' infrastructure and, ultimately, an extension of your organization, forming one cohesive team.

Based at our office, our Scheduling team plays a crucial role in ensuring we meet contractual service level agreements (SLAs), enabling us to exceed client expectations and cultivate essential relationships.

We currently have a unique opportunity to join this exceptional team of professionals.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The position involves assisting in the management of daily scheduling for operational teams, including identifying upcoming planned preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks, assigning the appropriate technician with the necessary expertise, and ensuring the completion of tasks while maintaining compliance through proper documentation.

You will also aid in the scheduling and compliance reporting team by monitoring and updating all PPM tasks within third-party Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems, transferring data, estimated times of arrival (ETAs), and documents from our CAFM system into Elogbooks.

Additionally, you will follow up on overdue maintenance visits with our specialized supply chain to collect certificates and upload necessary documentation into our CAFM system and clients' third-party systems as required.

This role will also involve supporting any ad-hoc administrative tasks needed by either the scheduling or compliance reporting teams.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Collaborating with the Helpdesk Manager to enhance operational performance by analyzing current processes to implement continuous business improvements in data quality and adherence to PPM labor delivery.
- Developing system functionalities, including subcontractor applications, operational dashboards, reporting, energy capture, IoT, and smart meters.

- Participating in client, team, and other relevant meetings to effectively fulfill your responsibilities.

- Scheduling all PPM labor within the CAFM system according to budgetary constraints, in alignment with PPM planners provided by Contract Managers for new, renewed, and canceled contracts.

- Managing the review and execution of tasks through the Linaker CAFM system or any client third-party systems/CAFM systems.

- Collaborating with our specialized subcontractors to ensure timely completion of PPM tasks and that documentation is uploaded into our systems within 14 days.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Strong written and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in IT and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of operational functions and basic knowledge of service delivery.
- Awareness of expectations, deadlines, and targets both internally and externally.
- Familiarity with CAFM and helpdesk processes.
- Strong administrative skills and teamwork capabilities are essential.
- Experience working with both external and internal clients.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of general engineering practices. THE PACKAGE
A competitive starting salary with annual pay reviews.

25 days of holiday plus bank holidays. Ample opportunities for career advancement. Health care, life insurance, and medical insurance available after a qualifying period.

INTERESTED?
In summary, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing organization. We look forward to hearing from you.
