Facilities Manager Opportunity

CRG TEC is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient environment for students, staff, and visitors at a specialist school in Newton-le-Willows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs of the school estate, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage a small maintenance and soft services team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with the school community to identify and address facilities-related issues.
