As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales efforts by providing exceptional support to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and qualify marketing-generated leads to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Generate and identify prospective leads and opportunities through researching existing client accounts and left contacts.
  • Manage company correspondence with current and potential clients to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Manage all inbound support cases to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues, including website login problems and other technical queries.
  • Update and maintain the Salesforce database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Work with the product team to maintain the support knowledge base and ensure seamless customer support.

Requirements

  • A fast learner with the ability to grasp new concepts and adapt to changing demands.
  • Organized and persistent with a proven ability to generate leads and drive sales growth.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Fully IT literate and technically able, with experience of Salesforce systems an advantage.
  • A strong team player with a commitment to delivering exceptional results and adding value to the organization.
