Job Description

Our client, a dynamic and expanding Commercial Services Business Unit, is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an integral part of the Commercial Services Unit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the Commercial Services Team, prioritizing tasks and managing expectations with fee earners.
  • Work closely with the Corporate team, while also assisting other business units as needed, including Dispute Resolution, Employment, and Commercial Property.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and efficient administrative systems, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Utilize exceptional secretarial skills, including meticulous administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and scanning.
  • Proactively manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion of work.
  • Maintain a professional, polite, and attentive telephone manner, with a methodical approach to work.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary in a legal environment, with a strong understanding of commercial services and business operations.
  • Exceptional administrative skills, including typing, case management, and presentation of work.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work from various fee earners.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
