Administration Assistant

Kookaburra manufacture cricket and hockey equipment and are looking for an Administration Assistant to work within our Sales Office.
**Requirements**:
- You must have good IT skills, proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel with the ability to learn new software systems
- Experience using ERP systems such as Sage or SAP preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
**Duties**:
- Processing orders, despatches and invoices
- Data processing using Office 365
- Provide administrative support to a range of departments as required
- Investigating the status of orders and supplying order updates to customers
- General office duties
**Hours**:

**Salary**: From £13445 per year dependant on hours
