Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Berry Recruitment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the processing of applications and providing transaction processing services.
About the Role
This is a temporary ongoing contract with a start date of 30/12/2024. The successful candidate will work Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00, with an hourly rate of £13.73. The location is NN18 8EY.
Key Responsibilities
* Process work in line with agreed procedures, business rules or scripts
* Respond to routine queries, issues or circumstances, and refer any unusual situations to others
* Learn procedures and understand parameters of producing quality output
* Resolve queries and escalate as necessary
