Berry Recruitment is seeking a skilled Process Assistant to join our team in Northampton. As an ideal candidate, you will be responsible for processing applications via an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) system, resolving queries, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process work in line with agreed procedures, business rules or scripts
  • Deal with queries received via emails and reply as appropriate
  • Process transactions/Applications via an OCR system
  • Learn the procedures and understand parameters of producing a quality output

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.73 per hour and flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00. The role involves working independently whilst reacting to changing circumstances, and it's an excellent opportunity to build a track record of executing assigned tasks promptly and accurately.
