We have an exciting opportunity available for an **Office Administrator / Sector Assistant **to join our expanding team at our well-established and growing Main Contractor Construction Company based in **Corby Northamptonshire.

**The Office Administrator / Sector Assistant role**:
This role has been created due to growth within 7Formation and applicants need to be prepared to work in a vibrant fast paced environment.

**Main responsibilities of the Sector Assistant** **include**:

- Co-ordinating with the main office team to ensure sector compliance with the group.
- Preparing and submitting weekly reports
- Attending meetings and take minutes
- Calendar/Diary management
- Printing drawings and site files
- Ensuring O&M’s have been completed for projects
- Dealing with any ad-hoc requests required
- Being confident in dealing with any calls that come through
- Assisting in raising purchase orders on COINS ERP system
- Undertaking any other duties appropriate to the post
- Working in accordance with set policies and procedures
- Respecting the confidential nature of the work and protecting personal information in accordance with data protection regulations and policies in place

**Our ideal Office Administrator / Sector Assistant** **will have the below skills and experience:
- Office/Administrative experience
- Driving License
- GCSE level in Maths and English
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Accurate, computer literate and numerate
- Keen to be part of and contribute to a hard-working team
- Organised, professional, positive, someone who enjoys work
- Self-motivated and able to plan time effectively
- Used to working in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic and ambitious
