Menzies Distribution Solutions are currently recruiting for a Depot Administrator to work out of our Corby depot.

The purpose of this role is to assist the depot accounts team to collate and complete information on a weekly/monthly basis. You will also be required to carry out additional filing and general administration duties within the department. The role requires diligence and the ability to maintain confidential information.

**Full-time, permanent**

**5 days per week, 0830 - 1630**

**Corby, NN17**

**£25,156.87 P/A**

Depot Administrator duties:

- Liaise with and support effective working relationships with internal and external customers
- Deal with all cusomnter enquiries
- Look after all procurement requirments for the warehouse
- Identify opportunities for improving processes and continuous improvement.
- Provide timely and quality management rpeorting and information
- Data input
- Support any otehr ad hoce administrative tasks
- Control of warehouse administration ensuring all customer process are adhered to
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Previous experience working within a Warehouse / Transport enviroment
- Customer Service orientated
