JP Recruitment are recruiting for a Warehouse Planner to join our market leading client in their cold automated warehouse facility.

As a Warehouse Planner you will be responsible for carrying out all necessary work for planning and coordinating client's orders, ensuring a smooth and timely process.

**Main Tasks and Duties**:

- Scheduling and executing process orders
- Using the warehouse management system, in accordance with agreements with clients and hauliers
- Issuing process orders to forklift truck drivers and pickers
- Monitoring the schedule and making adjustments if necessary
- Maintaining daily contact with clients and hauliers or their representatives on progress, priorities, anomalies, and problems
- Identifying anomalies and problems, informing the Operations Manager, agreeing on measures to be taken
- Processing the administrative information relating to the logístical activities

**Additional Tasks**:

- Keeping up to date on developments in the area of work
- Continuing to focus on opportunities for improvements and cost savings
- Actively exchanging information and knowledge with the other sites
- Actively working on the development of personal performance

- Be able to work effectively within a team as well as by yourself
- Have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

**4 on 4 off rotating days and nights**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £33,390.00 per year
