About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at REAKT Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Foster a high-performance culture focused on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Sales Plans: Collaborate with senior management to define sales strategies, set goals, and ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Drive revenue growth through effective sales pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and strategic account planning.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, track KPIs, and present insights to senior management.
Requirements
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the Managed Print Solutions industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial / team leadership role.
  • Demonstrated Success: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a sales team.
  • Client-Centric: Exceptional client relationship management skills, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
